Listening to the Body is a 2-hour, experiential workshop designed to help you recognize how stress communicates through sensation, patterns, and physical awareness. Rather than focusing on fixing or interpreting symptoms, this gathering teaches you how to notice what your body is already saying.
This workshop is designed as an interactive, experiential event rather than a lecture. This workshop does not offer therapy or serve as a diagnostic session.
This workshop provides a guided space to build somatic literacy, supporting the ability to recognize and respond to internal signals with clarity and agency.
During this workshop, you will...
-Learn how stress functions as a communication system rather than a problem.
-Explore and learn to become friends with stress.
-Experience guided body-awareness practices.
-Explore self-reflexology through gentle foot awareness.
-Understand broad stress categories (nervous system, digestive, structural, hormonal) without personal analysis.
-Witness a live demonstration of how body signals can be placed into context using astrology framed as education, not prediction or reading.
Participants are not required to share personal details, and they may choose their level of engagement without pressure to go beyond their comfort level.
There is no expectation to fix anything, as you are not broken.
The purpose of this space is to help you learn how your body communicates, so you can work with it more consciously on your own or in collaboration with trusted practitioners.
