Tuning the Vagus: A Journey into Nervous System Wisdom

The vagus nerve is the body’s great communicator weaving through the brain, heart, lungs, and gut and guiding us into safety, connection, and restoration. Often called the “wandering nerve,” it is both an anatomical marvel and a spiritual bridge, helping us return to presence, resilience, and a deeper sense of belonging.

In this 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll explore:

Anatomy & Science: Understand how the vagus nerve regulates stress, digestion, breath, and heart rhythm.

Spirit & Energy: Discover the vagus as a channel for intuition, compassion, and connection with the Divine.

Experiential Practices: Move through breathwork, restorative poses, gentle somatic explorations, and guided relaxation to awaken your vagal tone and anchor your nervous system in calm.

This is an invitation to meet yourself in a new way both grounded in physiology and lifted by spirit — so you leave with tools to carry peace and presence into daily life.
