Somatic Healing Session

Come back to your body. Come home to yourself.

A somatic healing session is an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen to the quiet wisdom within.

In this one-on-one session, we work with gentle, body-based practices to support your nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect you to your internal sense of safety and presence. Through breath, subtle movement, stillness, and intuitive guidance, we explore where emotion and experience live in the body, without forcing, fixing, or pushing.

This is not a performance. This is a return.

Each session is trauma-informed, deeply supportive, and guided by the pace of your body not a checklist. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, connected, and clear with tools you can take into everyday life.

This work isn’t about doing more.

It’s about feeling more safely and that changes everything.
