Chair Yoga Class $22

Chair Yoga makes the benefits of yoga accessible to every body. Using the support of a chair, you’ll be guided through gentle movements, stretches, breathwork, and mindfulness practices that help release tension, improve flexibility, and build strength in a safe and supportive way.

Perfect for beginners, those with limited mobility, or anyone who prefers a slower, more supported practice. This class brings all the grounding and calming benefits of yoga — without needing to get down on the floor.

Come as you are, move at your own pace, and leave feeling centered, refreshed, and more at ease in your body.
